All FAQs →
How do I book and pay?

Book online at any time, or call us during office hours. A £20 non-refundable deposit per pet secures your appointment. The balance is taken once the groom is complete. We accept debit and all major credit cards — no cash or cheques.

What do you need at my home?

Space to park our spa outside, and a mains socket our 5–8 metre cables can reach (we can't use extension leads). Cat spas carry their own power. If parking is paid and you don't have a permit or pre-paid card, the cost is added to your bill.

Do I need to be home?

Yes — please be there to hand over and collect your pet, and tell the groomer how you'd like them styled. Arrival times are approximate, as they depend on earlier grooms and traffic.

Can I stay with my pet in the spa?

Sorry, no — our insurance doesn't cover clients inside the spa during the groom.

What if I need to cancel?

Please let us know during office hours. With less than one full working day's notice the full fee is payable; with one to two working days' notice, 50%. The £20 deposit is non-refundable.

What if my pet has fleas?

Please treat them before we visit. If we find fleas during the groom, a £25 surcharge covers an insecticidal bath and disinfecting the spa.

My pet is nervous or has health issues. Can you help?

Yes. Let us know in advance — we groom stressed, senior and unwell pets for cleanliness and comfort, can use medicated shampoos, and are happy to work alongside your vet.

Are there any dogs you can't groom?

As our groomers work alone, we can't groom extra-large dogs. Our insurance also doesn't cover Chow Chows, Mastiffs, or banned breeds and their crosses.
