All prices include VAT and travel, and nail clips and ear cleans are free with every groom. Prices are a guide — if your pet isn't groomed regularly, expect the higher end of the range.

Prices depend on your cat's size, coat condition and behaviour, and are subject to a surcharge if your cat is matted, has fleas or is difficult to handle.

Possible extras
London surcharge: £15 per visit. Dogs: all SW, all TW (except TW18, TW19, TW20), KT1, KT2, KT3, KT5, KT6, SM4, CR0, CR4, BR and Central London. Cats: all SW, all TW (except TW20), KT1, KT2, KT3, KT5, KT6, SM4, CR0, CR4, CR7 and Central London.
How often to groom
Regular grooming prevents matting and keeps prices at the lower end of the range.
Good to know
Deposit & payment
We take card details by phone at booking, with a £20 non-refundable deposit per pet — including if you move or cancel. The balance is taken once the groom is complete. Debit and all major credit cards; no cash or cheques.
Cancellations
Please tell us during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Less than one full working day's notice: 100% of the fee. One to two working days: 50%. Bookings made less than a working day ahead can't be cancelled without the full fee.
Missed appointments
No-shows are charged in full, as are grooms we can't complete for reasons beyond our control — including if we can't park outside.
Parking & power
Our dog spas are 6 metres long and plug into your mains using our 5–8 metre cables (not extension leads). Cat spas carry their own power. Paid parking is added to the bill; we can't park illegally.
Fleas & matting
Please treat fleas before we visit — a £25 surcharge applies if we find them. We don't brush out matts, as it can hurt; matted coats are clipped close to the skin.
Health
Let us know if your pet is unwell or has medical issues. We can use medicated shampoos and give vet-prescribed medication, but we don’t express anal glands.
Behaviour
Please tell us if your pet is nervous, aggressive or has ever bitten anyone. If a groom has to stop because your pet is too stressed, the full fee is still payable.
On the day
Times are approximate. Please be there for handover, let your dog go to the toilet first, and have cats ready in a secure carrier. Ask for changes before we leave — we can't revisit for alterations.
Insurance
We hold full public liability insurance. For insurance reasons, owners can't be in the spa during the groom.
